Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
You must ensure that your pet has the required vaccinations and these are up-to-date. Your booking may be refused on arrival if you're unable to supply a valid vaccination certificate. Kennel owners own terms and conditions will dictate the minimum requirements.
What if my pet is taken ill during its stay?
Please see individual kennel/cattery owners own terms and conditions, as these will dictate their own veterinary procedures.
