KennelMaid Ltd vs. Pet Owner "customer"

This is the user agreement which governs your use of this website and the purchase by you of the services we provide. The kennel-maid.co.uk "website" is owned and operated by a KennelMaid Ltd ("we", "us") however many of the services we provide are not supplied by us and therefore the contract of service will be between you and that third party.

1. General usage
   1. Please take time to read these terms and conditions it is important that you understand our contractual relationship relating to your use of the website.
   2. hThe contract for the service is between you and the supplier. In most cases this will mean that there are additional terms and conditions governing the contract, as each supplier will have terms and conditions relating to their own service. Please make sure that you have read these terms and conditions before completing your enquiry. However, we may be liable to you if we have been negligent, we have misrepresented important information or have been in breach of any other relevant law.
   3. All services entered into through kennel-maid.co.uk are not an offer by kennel-maid.co.uk to sell any service, but an invitation to you to make an offer to our advertisers.
   4. Because the contract for the service is between you and the supplier any queries or concerns relating to the service should be addressed to them. You will see the name and address, plus contact details, for each provider on their own page within our wesite
   5. Where your contract is not with kennel-maid.co.uk but with a third party supplier we may pass any essential booking details to that third party. The placing of an order for any services by you will constitute consent to us passing on such details.
   6. Please make sure that you have read and understood the "More Info" sections on the website, it is your responsibility to make sure you have done so.
   7. You undertake to us that the details you give to us while using the website are correct.
   8. If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you, it is your responsibility to inform the kennel or cattery directly and as soon as possible.
   9. We won't send you unwanted e-mails, but we can't promise that third parties to whom your details are sent won't do so.
   10. Our website will not stop you from making impossible bookings such as two kennel or cattery bookings to the same place at the same or different times.
   11. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions on the website as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. However there may be times when obvious errors occur.
   12. Please be aware that any third party photographs that appear on kennel-maid.co.uk are only a depiction of the type of pet accommodation on offer and may not represent the actual kennel or cattery used for your pet's elected stay.
